Terms and Conditions of Use

This Adhesion Agreement is entered into between the User, understood as any employee or authorized representative of a company affiliated with STEELINK who accesses and uses the software, and the Provider, LINKS DESARROLLO DE SOFTWARE Y CONSULTORÍA, with RFC LDS240707753, as owner and developer of STEELINK software.

The Provider retains all intellectual property rights in STEELINK, which is offered under the SaaS (Software as a Service) model. By accessing and using the Software, the User accepts and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use.

The Provider grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use STEELINK during the contracted period.

All intellectual property rights in the Software, including its components, enhancements, updates, and documentation, belong exclusively to the Provider.

The User is expressly prohibited from:

• Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, leasing, sublicensing, or otherwise exploiting the Software in any unauthorized manner.
• Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to derive the Software source code.
• Using the Software for illegal or fraudulent activities or in a manner that infringes third-party rights.

The User acknowledges that the Software and its components are the exclusive property of the Provider, including enhancements, updates, and copyrights. No right or additional license is granted to the User beyond that expressly authorized for use of the Software.

The Provider undertakes to protect User information and comply with applicable personal data protection legislation.

Information collected may be used by the Provider to improve the service, prepare statistics and analyses, and provide technical support.

The Provider guarantees minimum availability of 99%, except in cases of scheduled maintenance, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its control.

The Provider will provide technical support Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a maximum response time of 24 hours after a report is submitted, and will make periodic system enhancements and updates.

The User may cancel access to the service at any time by notifying the Provider by email, provided that the affiliated company has no outstanding payments.

The Provider may suspend or terminate the license in the event of breach of these terms or improper use of the Software.

The Software is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties as to its availability, operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Provider will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the system.

The Software is provided in accordance with the laws in force in Mexico, and its use must comply with applicable legal regulations.

The User declares that the funds used to pay for the STEELINK service come from lawful activities and agrees to use the Software solely for lawful purposes authorized by the affiliated company.

• Service fee: Use of STEELINK by the affiliated company entails an annual fee, according to the contracted plan (Basic, Standard, or Premium).
• Payment frequency: Payments will be made as agreed between the affiliated company and the Provider.
• Price change policy: If the Provider changes its fees, it will notify the affiliated company at least three months in advance. The affiliated company may continue the service at the new fee or cancel without any obligation.
• Software updates: All system updates are included. If an update generates an additional cost, the affiliated company will be informed and may decide whether to implement it.

This Adhesion Agreement is sent as an informational document and is automatically accepted upon accessing and using STEELINK software.
