This Privacy Notice supplements the Adhesion Agreement (Terms and Conditions of Use) that each affiliated company receives by email when contracting the service.
2. Information We Collect
STEELINK directly collects only the information necessary to configure, administer, and support the contracted service.

- Full name of the user or authorized contact; company name; position; email address; and telephone number.
- Information necessary to create, administer, and authenticate user accounts.
- Information necessary to provide technical support and address service-related requests.
- Data necessary to administer the commercial relationship and billing.
Information entered by users in STEELINK
The system allows affiliated companies and their authorized users to enter and administer information related to their own operations, including production orders, inventory and materials, employee and operator information, production metrics and KPIs, shipments, deliveries, and manufacturing or operational processes.
Production, operational, and business management information is entered directly by the affiliated company or its authorized users. STEELINK acts as the technology platform provider that stores, processes, and makes that information available according to the contracted features.
The affiliated company is responsible for determining which information it enters and for ensuring that it has the required authorizations, notices, and legal bases to enter third-party information into STEELINK. STEELINK does not directly request personal information from employees or operators, except as necessary for support, user administration, requests, or legal obligations.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use directly collected information for the following purposes:
- Service configuration: Create and configure contracted accounts, profiles, access, and features.
- Service delivery: Enable access to and operation of STEELINK.
- User administration: Manage user registrations, removals, changes, and access permissions.
- Technical support: Provide assistance, address requests, and resolve incidents.
- Billing: Manage payments, invoicing, and administrative matters.
- Communication and security: Send service notices, verify access, prevent unauthorized use, and protect system integrity.
- Legal compliance: Meet applicable tax, legal, and regulatory obligations.
Information entered by affiliated companies and their users is processed according to the contracted features and the affiliated company’s instructions.
4. Protection of Your Data
STEELINK implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect information from damage, loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized access, or processing.
- Data encryption: Information is transmitted and stored using security and encryption mechanisms.
- Restricted access: Access is limited to authorized personnel and functions necessary to provide the service.
- Automatic backups: Backups are performed according to the service’s operating policies.
- Secure infrastructure and reviews: We use infrastructure intended to maintain security and availability and periodically review security mechanisms and system operation.
5. Data Transfers
STEELINK may use technology and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service, including hosting, storage, backup, security, communications, and technical support. Their access is limited to the relevant purposes and subject to applicable security measures.
Information may be stored or processed in Mexico or other countries, including the United States, depending on the technology services used. STEELINK does not market or sell users’ personal data. If a transfer legally requires consent, STEELINK will obtain it unless a legal exception applies.
6. Your ARCO Rights
Under applicable personal data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access: Know what personal data we hold and how we use it.
- Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect data.
